Winter Wellness Day

Restful. Rejuvenating. Contemplative.

Yoga for All and Pilates with Sylvia bring you a wellness day which will allow you to take the opportunity to slow down, connect with nature and have time to reflect on your year so far. We will give you space and time to return to you.

Our retreat will be in the tranquil settings of The River Room - a yoga studio based in the beautiful oasis of Westbury Wildlife Park. With the soothing sounds of a stream just outside, this calm setting is a perfect location to have a break from the world and nurture your body and mind.

Through yoga, Pilates and journaling, this Winter Wellness Day will give you a chance to embrace your year feeling restored, refreshed and realigned with the rhythms of the season.

Rough plan for the day TBC

Morning - We'll start the morning with a gently refreshing yoga class with Lucy, designed to release tension and have a reset from all the stresses of our daily lives. After enjoying a mid morning cuppa, we'll move on to a centring and energising Pilates class with Sylvia.

Lunch - A nourishing, refuelling and specially prepared meal, eaten at the cafe onsite.

Afternoon - Time to reflect; we'll start the afternoon doing a journaling workshop - a chance to look back on your progress this year, and find inspiration in the months ahead. We will close the day with a grounding yoga and meditation practice giving you a chance to unwind and relax.
