Join a group class to work on improved fitness and wellbeing, supported and guided by Sylvia with the encouragement of others in the group. Group sessions are fun with an emphasis on enjoying movement and making time to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Mixed ability Mat Pilates
Tuesdays 7am-7.45am

Join this weekly Pilates wake-up session to energise you for the day ahead. This 45min session begins with some grounding and focusing before we begin mobilising through the body, strengthening and lengthening ready for the day.

These sessions are mixed ability with modifications and progressions given. If you have an injury or condition which makes group sessions challenging please contact me in advance of joining so we can discuss class suitability.

Pregnancy Pilates - Shirehampton Public Hall, Shirehampton
Thursday 6pm-6.55pm

These group pregnancy sessions allow you to continue to practice your Pilates as part of a supportive group, tailored towards supporting your body as it changes through the trimesters. We will focus on maintaining your fitness levels during this period, keeping the abdominal wall strong whilst mobilizing and easing out the joints and muscles. Investing some time for your health and wellbeing around other mums to be. These group postnatal sessions allow you to return to practice your Pilates as part of a supportive group, tailored towards supporting your body post partum. We will use the low impact movements of Pilates to gently strengthen the abdominals and in reconnecting to the pelvic floor as it heals aiding postnatal recovery. All whilst spending time with other new mothers, and your baby . Modifications and progressions given, if you have an injury or health consideration please contact me in advance of joining so we can discuss how you can be supported in the space.

Pregnancy Pilates

This September I'm collaborating with PilatesActive leading 8 weeks of Pregnancy Pilates in Horfield North Bristol.

St Peters Community Centre, Horfield. Wednesdays 5.30pm-6.30pm

Standing Strength and Balance - 11am-12pm for 6 weeks.

Join this fun welcoming group, to improve standing strength, balance, and flexibility. A combination of standing Pilates and calisthenics with Pilates on the mat.

Mixed Ability Mat Work -12.15pm-1.15pm for 6 weeks.
